Bias plays a big part in human efficiency but sometimes the outcomes can be counterproductive. In this presentation, Dr. Greg Hall will look at the latest data regarding bias in healthcare delivery and how some of our biases have the opposite effect we want. We will then look at best practices for correcting for bias in patient encounters.
