Breaking the Silence: A PCP’s Guide to PTSD

This comprehensive curriculum is designed to equip primary care providers with essential skills for managing PTSD. Through a 60-minute virtual session, adaptive learning module, podcast, and interactive infographic, clinicians will explore the epidemiology and impact of PTSD, learn to employ screening tools, and apply guidelines for both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic management, including referral to specialty care. Additionally, the curriculum examines the limitations of current treatments, and the emerging therapies aimed at addressing unmet needs in PTSD care.
