Biography

Dr. Maleeha Zahid is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. A graduate of King Edward Medical University in Pakistan, Dr. Zahid completed residency training in internal medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/BronxCare Health System in New York, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Zahid went on to complete her Endocrinology fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital, also serving as Chief Fellow. Board certified in endocrinology and obesity medicine, Dr. Zahid has clinical interests in managing diabetes, obesity, thyroid, and parathyroid disorders.
