Biography

Karl Williams is Professor of Pharmacy Ethics and Law at St John Fisher University, Wegmans School of Pharmacy faculty since 2007, and Adjunct Professor of Law at Bernard J Dunn School of Pharmacy, Shenandoah University. Williams earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from the State University at Buffalo. In addition, he has earned an M.S. from the University of Rochester Toxicology Training Program, J.D. from the University of Kentucky, and MBA from St John Fisher University. He holds licenses to practice pharmacy in New York, Kentucky, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Virginia, and admitted to the practice of law in New York and Kentucky. Karl Williams has delivered over 300 scholarly works and presentations. Topics including patient safety, risk minimization, professional practice, civil rights, labor, ethical corporate management, and education. Dr. Williams is a contributing member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Pharmacy Practice.
