Biography

Dr. Sharma is a tenured professor of neurology with a special interest in neuromuscular disorders. He is the co-director of the Electromyography Laboratory at University of Miami and Jackson Medical Center, Miami, FL. Dr. Sharma directs the Peripheral Neuropathy Clinic, Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic and Post Polio Clinic. In additional to his clinical duties, he also teaches medical students, neurology residents, and neuromuscular/clinical neurophysiology fellows. He also performs translational and clinical research in neuromuscular disorders.
