Biography

Dr. Saul Schaefer is Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Davis Medical Center and Chief of Cardiology at the Sacramento VA Medical Center. Dr. Schaefer attended the University of California, Davis and completed a residency program at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. Dr. Schaefer also received postgraduate training in Cardiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is a Fellow of the American Heart Association.
