Biography

Dr. Raine received a B.A. in International Studies at Austin College in Sherman, Texas and subsequently pursued her law degree at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. In 1995, Dr. Raine received her JD and became a member of the State Bar of Texas. Choosing to pursue a career in medicine, she matriculated at Baylor College of Medicine where she earned her MD and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2005, she joined the Baylor College of Medicine Faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Raine is currently pursuing a L.L.M. in Health Law at the University of Houston School of Law.
