Biography

Astrid Pujari, MD is double board certified in internal medicine and integrative medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Center for Integrative Medicine at Virginia Mason Franciscan . She wrote a health column for the Seattle Times, has been featured on radio and television, including Fox News and King 5 as a mind-body expert, and has written two books, Healthy Knee Book, and Healthy Back Book. Her passion is to serve a vision of medicine which encompasses the full, holistic range of our being.
