Biography

Michael Natter is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and Clinical Endocrinologist at NYU Langone Health in New York City. He completed his medical school at Jefferson Medical College in 2017 and went on to do his internal medicine residency as well as his Endocrinology fellowship at NYU/Bellevue in NYC. He was awarded fellow of the year both years of his fellowship as well as teaching fellow of the year in 2020. Natter's work has been published in media outlets such as Diabetes Care, Buzzfeed, Medscape, and The Philadelphia Inquirer among others. His background in the fine arts and his childhood diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes has informed his practice of medicine which he believes should stem from a place of empathy and humanism.
