Nangia currently holds a Certified Physician Executive degree along with an Executive Coaching Degree. He serves as President of Medical Staff at Methodist Mansfield Hospital and member of the Corporate Medical Board and ACO Board of Directors at Methodist Health System. He is a practicing nephrologist with Dallas Renal Group, a large Nephrology Practice, and serves as a leader on its Executive Council. He also serves as a Medical Director for both outpatient Dialysis and inpatient Dialysis for multiple hospitals. Dr. Nangia has spent six years on the American Board of Internal Medicine Nephrology Board where he has been part of many initiatives to help the Nephrology Community. He has also participated in many programs with the American Society of Nephrology which include serving several years on Practicing Nephrology Advisory Group, writing questions for Kidney Self-Assessment Program, serving as Kidney Stars & Treks Mentor for those interested in Nephrology, and creating Business in Nephrology Workshop at ASN Kidney Week. He has published in various areas of Nephrology, including Basic Science, Chronic Kidney Disease, Kidney Transplant, and Medical Education. He is the co-creator and co-course director of Nephrology Business Leadership University (NBLUniv.com). Dr. Nangia is also co-creator and co-host of a medical radio show which aired on 100.7FM in Dallas and on various podcast platforms. The show has been able to collaboratively educate the community and it received the city “Healthcare Hero” Recognition Award. In his spare time, he is co-founder of a start-up company, Coaching Docs, focused on providing physicians with executive coaching. This year he was awarded the National Medal of Excellence by the American Association of Kidney Patients for his leadership in Nephrology
