Pamela L. Moore, PhD, has spent the past 14 years learning, writing about, and teaching practice management. She is currently Director, Content & Strategy, at Physicians Practice, America’s Leading Practice Management Resource, serving as lead researcher, consultant, and writer. Previously, Moore was senior editor at the Medical Group Management Association. She is a popular speaker at national and regional events and has a scholarly background that includes work in medical ethics.
