Biography

Dr. Laura Martin is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She is an Assistant Professor in the Desi Sethi Urologic Institute at the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Einstein Medical Center of Philadelphia (2015) followed by a fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery program (2018). She has extensive experience in reconstructive pelvic floor surgeries and in-depth clinical knowledge of pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Martin is also the Committee Chair of Women and Underrepresented Minorities in the Department of Urology and a member of the University of Miami's Dean's Diversity Council.
