Biography

He attended the University of North Texas and graduated cum laude with a major in biology/minor in chemistry. He then graduated with a medical degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Dr. Lewis completed his family medicine residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Family Medicine Residency Program/Seton Family of Hospitals in Austin.
