Biography

Yazen Joudeh, MD, is medical director at the Center for Adult and Pediatric Wellness in Orland Park, Illinois. Dr. Joudeh earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School. He is board certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, and obesity medicine. Dr. Joudeh is a past president, a founding board member, and current secretary of Illinois Obesity Society, and a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, the Obesity Action Coalition, and the Obesity Medicine Association. His passion is diabetes education and treatment, and he has been published in American Family Physician
