Biography

Dr. Barry S. Horowitz received his BA from Cornell University and his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Endocrinology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism and maintains an extensive private practice. Dr. Horowitz is Co-Director of the Metabolic Research Institute and Past-President of the Florida Puerto Rico Division of the American Heart Association.
