Biography

Dr. Gordon is the Senior Associate Dean for Diversity Affairs and Vice-Chair of the Applied Anatomy College at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and the Vernon O. Underwood Family Chair and Professor of Ophthalmology at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. Dr. Gordon graduated with honors from Stanford University and went on to complete her MD and Ph.D. at Harvard, and completed both residency training in ophthalmology and a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at UCLA. She has held leadership positions in local and national organizations and enjoys teaching clinicians and trainees about eye disease.
