Biography

Dr. Jeffrey Wolf is a Physician for the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Catholic Health Physician Partners in Great Neck, NY. Dr. Wolf is also the Director of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the School of Health Professions at New York Institute of Technology. Before joining Catholic Health Physician Partners in 2021, Dr. Wolf was affiliated with Nassau Chest Physicians P.C. for over twenty years. Dr Wolf received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1990, his MD from New York University School of Medicine in 1994 and his MBA from Adelphi University in 2013. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 1997 at New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital Center and his Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship in 2000 at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Wolf is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Thoracic Society.
