Biography

Simon Whitney, MD, JD, is a family physician, and ethicist at Baylor College of Medicine. His research focuses on decision making in the clinical and research contexts, and particularly on the interplay between patient and physician, even when it is politically incorrect. Although he spends the bulk of his time in research, he maintains a clinical practice to bring his highfalutin theories down to earth with a dose of reality.
