Biography

Russell G. Vasile, MD is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School and Director of the Affective Disorders Consultation Program at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Vasile has published in diverse areas related to the assessment and treatment of anxiety and affective disorders. Dr. Vasile is on the faculty for the Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital Review Course on Internal Medicine as well as teaching in its Primary Care Conference. He is the author of the chapter on “Psychiatry Essentials” for the third edition of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Intensive Review of Internal Medicine.
