Biography

Dr. Shimbo is the Director of the Translational Lab at the Center of Behavioral Cardiovascular Health in the Division of General Medicine, and Director of Cardiovascular Physiology Research, Cardiovascular Ultrasound Laboratories, in the Division of Cardiology at Columbia University Medical Center. His expertise is in the area of preventive cardiology, lifestyle modification, and non-invasive imaging specifically echocardiography.
