Biography

Frederic N. Schwartz D.O. is Professor, Family Medicine, Director University Task Force on Evidence-Based Medicine at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and Chief Executive Officer, University Faculty Consultants-Chief of Medicine at Arizona State Hospital and Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center. Dr. Schwartz attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a residency program at Osteopathic Hospital of Maine, Portland Maine and received postgraduate training in family practice at New England Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Schwartz is board certified in the area of osteopathic family medicine. Dr. Schwartz is also Fellow of American College of Osteopathic Family Practice.
