Arindam Sarkar serves as an underserved community primary care physician and academic hospitalist, Arindam enjoys collaborating with trainees to deliver evidence-based and patient-centered care. He’s especially passionate about mentorship, advocacy and fostering a culture of belonging – where students feel seen, residents feel heard and patients feel respected. Through his work in hypertension management excellence and family medicine student education, Arindam aspires to guide learners beyond didactics to see people behind diagnoses.
