Biography

Victor M. Rivera is a distinguished Emeritus Professor of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine, Adjunct Professor of Research at the University of Houston, and senior member and fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. He is the founder of the Mexican Academy of Neurology and the Latin American Committee for Treatment and Research in MS (LACTRIMS) serving as its President for 2 consecutive terms. Additionally, he is the founder and first director of the Maxine Mesinger Multiple Sclerosis Comprehensive Care Center & Clinic of Baylor College of Medicine at The Methodist Hospital (TMH) in Houston, Texas.
