Biography

Jacob Rajfer, M.D., Professor of Urology and Chief of the Division of Andrology at UCLA, has for the past 30 plus years been involved in the care and treatment of patients with endocrine disorders that affect the urologic system. His research involving the disorders of sexual differentiation, cryptorchidism, prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction and hypogonadism have led to improvements in the way these conditions are managed clinically today. His clinical experience in the care of hypogonadal patients has led him to develop a simple and rational approach of how to evaluate and manage the patient with low testosterone.
