Biography

Dr. Phillips received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He received his MD from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine, and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency there as well. In practice for 27 years, he has been the service chief at Texas Children's Hospital for the past 12 years. Dr. Phillips has taught primary care practitioners at many regional and national courses, including multiple AAP Practical Pediatrics courses
