Biography

Dr. Kevin D. O'Brien is Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington Medical Center. Dr. O'Brien attended University of Washington Medical School, where he also completed a residency program and received postgraduate research training in Metabolism and clinical training in Cardiology. He is Board Certified in the areas of: Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. Dr. O'Brien has published articles in various scientific journals, including Lancet and Circulation. In addition, Dr. O'Brien is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Investigative Medicine. He is a past President of the American Federation of Medical Research
