Biography
Dr Marty Martin is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in behavioral sleep medicine and workplace mental health. Dr Martin earned his MSc in behavioral sleep medicine from the University of Glasgow after practicing as a clinical health psychologist and leading workplace mental health programs at organizations such as The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr Martin also worked at The National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH). He has authored more than 120 refereed articles, 2 books and numerous book chapters. He currently working on a book titled 52 Sleep Tips. His scholarly work has been featured in the USA Today, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. His clinical practice focuses upon the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients suffering from sleep disorders and he utilizes Brief Behavior Therapy for Insomnia and Cogntive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia. Dr. Martin also delivers presentation on Sleep at Work for numerous organizations in the US and abroad.
