Biography

Dr. James P. Kemp is Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Diego. Additionally, Dr. Kemp practiced medicine at the Allergy and Asthma Medical Group and Research Center. Dr. Kemp attended the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, completed a residency program at Emory University/Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta, and received postgraduate training in Pediatric Allergy at the University of California, San Francisco. He is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and Pediatric Allergy. Dr. Kemp has published articles in various scientific journals, including Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and Annals of Allergy. In addition, Dr. Kemp serves on the editorial board of Journal of Asthma. He is the Past President of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
