Biography

In his 20 years of managed care experience, Mr. Horrigan has been involved in network management, utilization management and quality assurance, and provider contracting. He currently is involved in training physician groups in office redesign and in the development of a community-wide collaborative with other health plans on reducing cardiovascular disease risk.
