Biography

Dr. Forman is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and an Attending Physician in Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital Boston. Dr. Forman also serves as Director of the Outpatient Eating Disorders Program and Director of Resident and Medical School training for the Division of Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital.
