Biography

Erin Atkinson Cook was born and raised in Mountain View, California. She attended Stanford University where she received a degree in Chemistry and minors in German Studies and Biology. She attended Medical School at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. Dr. Cook did her Internal Medicine Residency at UCLA and was a Chief Resident. She then completed a fellowship in Geriatrics at the VA-UCLA program. She is currently an assistant professor of medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine where she is actively involved in medical education and participated in the David Geffen School of Medicine two year medical education fellowship. She also is the Assistant Program Director of the VA-UCLA Geriatric fellowship program.
