Biography

Dr. Columbus is president of Gulf Coast Pain Management, a multidisciplinary pain center. A board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist, she has had extensive experience in e-mail communications with patients. Dr. Columbus has spoken widely at CME meetings sponsored by pharmaceutical companies and has also been interviewed on local news programs about to pain topics. Her work has been featured in The Wall St. Journal and various business magazines. Dr. Columbus is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her residency in anesthesiology at Hahnemann University and the University of Cincinnati.
