Timothy Clark is a Continual Improvement Advisor at Connecticut Children's Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to his career in Pediatrics, he worked at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts where he served as an Ambulatory Manager of Family Medicine and Clinical Quality Project Manager in the Radiology Department. Tim has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and also has a Black Belt in lean process improvement. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in guiding healthcare institutions toward excellence, using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Total Quality Management. Tim's ability to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions has made him a sought-after expert to improve healthcare quality.
