Biography

Originally from Indiana, Dr. Reese Cargioli completed his undergraduate training in Spanish and Hispanic Studies at Pepperdine University. He subsequently completed a Masters of Arts in Bilingual Education at La Universidad de Alcala de Henares after which he enrolled in medical school at Ponce Health Sciences University if Ponce, PR. He moved to Miami, Florida after matching into the combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital where he had a particular interest in Global Health and LGBTQ+ Health. He currently works at the University of Miami Student Health Clinic as a Primary Care Physician with a particular interest in LGBTQ+ health including the medical management of patients with Gender Dysphoria.
