Dr. Michael Bush M.D. is Past Clinical Chief, Division of Endocrinology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Medicine at Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA, Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Bush attended University of Southern California School of Medicine, completed a residency program at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, New York and received postgraduate training in endocrinology at Harvard Medical School.
