Biography

Ms Erica L Brasfield is a Senior Primary Care Physician Sales Specialist for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. She has 7 years of clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, during which time she served as the lead clinical coordinator for all Baptist Healthcare System heart failure clinics. In this role, Ms Brasfield developed processes and protocols that led to a decrease in heart failure hospital re-admissions and increased use of guideline-directed medical therapy. Ms Brasfield is recognized as one of the Great 100 Nurses of Northeast Florida. She also managed the only outpatient congestive heart failure clinic in the northeast Florida region that was awarded “high performance” by the 2020 US News and World Report. Ms Brasfield received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of North Florida and her Master of Nursing in Family Medicine from Jacksonville University.
