Overview

In this presentation on Integrative and Complementary medicine, Dr. Morse will review the evidence in support of the top 10 evidence-informed modalities to incorporate into primary care practice. The recommendations and resources discussed will review concepts of “food as medicine”, “movement as medicine”, and the roles of vitamins and supplements, mind-body practices, social connectivity, and toxin reduction as tools for patients to optimize health, minimize polypharmacy, and enhance quality of life.
