Collaborative Care to Improve the Outcomes of Patients with Cardio-Renal-Metabolic DisordersIndustry Webcast Sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Not for CME/CE Credit

Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is one of the most prevalent metabolic conditions of our time, requiring multifocal care and management. Join us as we explore the interconnectivity of the cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic (CRM) systems and the impact that comorbidities in these systems can have on patients with T2D. We will discuss guideline-directed care for patients with T2D and the need for a collaborative care approach to optimize outcomes for patients with disorders of the CRM systems.
