Pri-Med Access with ACP
This CME activity, Pri-Med Access with ACP, is co-sponsored by the American College of Physicians (ACP) and Pri-Med Institute (PMI). All decisions about the CME content and faculty are made exclusively by ACP and PMI. Accreditation

This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 26.00 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Physicians.  Of these credits, 12.50 conform to the AAFP criteria for evidence-based CME clinical content.  CME credit has been increased to reflect 2 for 1 credit for only the EB CME portion.  When reporting AAFP credit, report total Prescribed and Elective credit for this activity.  It is not necessary to label credit as evidence-based CME for reporting purposes.

The EB CME credit awarded for this activity was based on practice recommendations that were the most current with the strongest level of evidence available at the time this activity was approved.  Since clinical research is ongoing, AAFP recommends that learners verify sources and review these and other recommendations prior to implementation into practice.

Pri-Med Institute designates this educational activity for a maximum of 13.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
26 AAFP This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 26 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
13.5 AANP Pri-Med Institute is approved as a provider of nurse practitioner continuing education programs by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. AANP Provider number 040308. This program has been approved for 13.5 contact hour of continuing education , which includes 4.000 hours of pharmacology.
How Do I Receive Credit?

You must sign-in at the Pri-Med registration desk each day that you attend. In addition, you must complete and submit an evaluation form that will be provided to you at the meeting.

Your credit certificate will be available to print and download in the "MY CME Planner/Tracker" section of this site approximately 6-8 weeks after an event. A notification will be e-mailed to you when the certificates are available. If we do not have your e-mail address on file, you will receive certificates by U.S. mail.
